This Delivery Information Policy sets out the terms under which MopStop provides delivery of goods purchased through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

Delivery Charges

• Delivery is free of charge on all orders with a value of £50 or more (UK mainland only).

• Orders with a value of less than £50 will incur a £5 delivery fee.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliverexclusively to UK mainland addresses.

• At this time, we do not deliver to non-mainland UK locations (e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands).

Processing & Dispatch Times

• Orders are typicallyprocessed within 1–2 working days.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery Timescales

• Our courier aims to deliver all orders within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. courier delays, weather conditions).

Delivery Method

• All orders are sent via a signed-for courier service to ensure safe and secure delivery.

• Someone must be available at the delivery address to provide a signature upon receipt.
